Born on May 1, 1932, in Somanahalli, Mandya district, Krishna was known for his exceptional academic achievements. After graduating from Maharaja’s College, Mysore, he earned his law degree and pursued advanced studies at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and George Washington University as a Fulbright Scholar. Before entering politics, he served as a professor of international law at Renukacharya Law College.
